Baka - Japanese word "Baka" means idiot, fool and stupid, everything along those lines.
Node - The entry point to a network or machine from a network.
I. Created in 2004 under the name 1337REMiX for the sole purpose of the redistribution of ideas.
(the Wayback Machine cache is poor but it's the memories that count)
II. After a sour fallout with the first host and 1337REMiX was taken hostage, BakaNode was born.
